Temporary (part-time) accountant to prepare Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Project Work Orders and perform ancillary accounting and related tasks for Richwood City Water Department and Chief Administrative Clerk.  This is a 1099 contract position.

Temporary (part-time to full-time) Construction Manager for FEMA recovery and remediation projects, including identifying damage, assisting in documenting said damage in Project Work Orders, and generally overseeing multiple operations related to long-term recovery.  This is a 1099 contract position.

Temporary (part-time to full-time) Mitigation Reconstruction Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) grant-driven 1099 contract position.  This position/person will also provide expertise to flooded homeowners in applying for long-term remediation and assistance.

Temporary (part-time to full-time) Personal Property Debris Removal (PPDR) expert to work with  State and private contractors in the removal of flood-destroyed homes and structures and to act as a liaison between the general public , the City, the National Guard, and FEMA. This is a 1099 contract position.
